CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 316(RES) was read the second time. Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, lines 16 - 22: Delete all material. Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Miller objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
